About the Role:

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various projects. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and requires English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of drywall installers and other team members.
  • Plan and schedule drywall installation activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training of team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Set up and maintain drywall installation equipment and tools.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for drywall installation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Procure and manage drywall materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.

Support for Diverse Groups:

  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, Indigenous people, youth, and visible minorities.

Work Environment:
