Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will enable you to work independently and maintain our processes, equipment, and systems to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Equipment Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance standards.
  • Use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
  • Identify and report losses in your area and equipment.

Requirements

  • Industrial Mechanic Trade 433A Certificate/License.
  • High School diploma.
  • +2 years of experience as a line mechanic in packaging/processing/millwright position.

Work Schedule

Rotating shifts, including night shifts.
