Job Summary:

KW Signature/KW Edge is seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales expert, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients, following up with leads, and gathering local community information to answer client questions about potential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume.
  • Follow up with leads to increase sales and close deals.
  • Gather local community information to answer client questions about potential homes.
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a quick and easy closing process.
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal.

Requirements:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred.
