Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Portion and wrap foods in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas throughout the day.
  • Receive, unpack, and store incoming supplies and inventory in designated areas.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dispose of them properly.
