We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at 2192154 ONTARIO INC. as a Primary Care Physician. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management of various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Assessment and Diagnosis
    • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals to identify diseases and injuries.
    • Examine patients' health condition to identify diseases and injuries and develop a treatment plan.
  • Health Promotion and Education
    • Help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits, and reshape their approach to wellness.
    • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
  • Medical Treatment and Management
    • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment.
    • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed.
    • Perform and assist in routine surgery and other medical procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Administrative and Organizational Tasks
    • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical information.
    • Supervise and train staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry from a recognized institution.
  • Experience
    • Experience in family medicine or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
