Trotman Auto Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Fixed Operations Director to oversee the performance and profitability of our parts and service departments across all twelve dealerships.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workflow, enhance customer experience, and drive sales in parts and service.
  2. Collaborate with General Managers and department managers to set and achieve goals for service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
    • Service absorption rate
    • Technician efficiency and productivity
    • Customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
    • Parts sales per repair order
    • Average repair order value
    • First-time fix rate
    • Warranty claim rate
  4. Prepare reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
