Job Title: Construction Laborer

Jet Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the site for construction, including leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials.

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
