About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating prices, preparing sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service in an urban setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, including credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales or contracts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales or signed contracts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to expand our customer base.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Word processing software, electronic mail, and spreadsheet applications.
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
