Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Pension Analyst to join our Employer Services team. As the front-line administrator, you'll provide technical support and guidance to employers, ensuring seamless pension administration services.

Responsibilities
  1. Pension Administration: Process annual data management, member statement activities, and contribution reconciliation processing.
  2. Data Collection: Ensure accurate member data through regular collection and verification processes.
  3. Communication: Collaborate with employer administrators, respond to queries, and provide technical support as needed.
  4. Clinical Support: Conduct monthly status meetings with assigned employers, track issues, and resolve them to achieve high client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in MEPP or public sector pension administration.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
