Graphic Designer Job Description

At CANADA NAUTICAL, we are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for our communications materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Time and Resources: Accurately estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their communications needs, determining the nature and content of illustrations to meet their objectives.
  • Design and Production: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, as well as 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Client Communication: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Design Development: Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, preparing sketches, layouts, and graphic elements as needed.
  • File Management: Process files and paperwork efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
