Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team at Moulées M-Trihé Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of animals, and coordinating with farm workers to achieve optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed Inventory Management: Direct and oversee farm feed inventory activities to ensure timely and efficient feeding of animals.
  • Animal Care: Handle and monitor animal health, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Task Organization: Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently, ensuring that all farm duties are completed on time.
  • Pig Littering Activities: Perform pig littering activities, including clipping needle teeth, docking tails, administering medication, and identifying piglets, as well as castration.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure optimal productivity.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties, including physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physically demanding work, and the successful candidate must be able to fulfill these requirements.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, and the candidate should be familiar with farm operations and animal care.
  • Language: The working language is French.
