We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a SAAS B2B Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Martech line of products and services to new and existing clients within a defined geographical territory.
Your primary objective will be to generate sales among client accounts, meet sales targets, identify and close new sales opportunities, and grow business with existing clients.
You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Present, promote, and sell Ziff Davis's Martech line of products and services through inbound leads to new and existing clients within a defined geographical territory.
* Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
* Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
* Identify and close new sales opportunities and grow business with existing clients.
* Continuously update and maintain prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in CRM.
* Manage and nurture the sales process from the sales lead to close.
* Maximize sales in a defined territory.
* Provide return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals.
* Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
* Identify and understand customers' needs and help implement solutions.
* Compile and analyze data to find trends.
Requirements:
* Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Sales Professional, preferably in the SAAS space.
* Well-spoken, highly inspired/determined, and goal-oriented.
* An understanding of common sales cycles.
* Experience in prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics.
* Pleasant communication and committed negotiation skills.
* Experience and comfort with delivering web presentations to individuals as well as to groups.
* Establish interpersonal relationships paired with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients in a variety of settings.
* Team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Participate in weekly meetings to discuss personal goals as well as team goals for the upcoming week/month.
* The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
