We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products, and we are seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter Specialist to join our team.

The Welder-Fitter Specialist will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

• Welding and Fabrication
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding operations.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
• Metal Shaping and Bending
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to shape and bend metal.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using metal shaping and bending techniques.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance
  • Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC) to cut metal.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
• Health and Safety
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
• Experience and Qualifications
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding and fitting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  Working Conditions
