We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers.

About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will also provide first-level Help Desk support, perform basic LAN and internetworking activities, and handle bench repairs and remedial maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in field service, deskside support, and internetworking. They should possess strong troubleshooting skills, A+ certification, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they must be able to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Provide first-level Help Desk support
  • Perform basic LAN and internetworking activities
  • Handle bench repairs and remedial maintenance
  • Communicate with customers to diagnose problems, establish ETAs, and parts requirements
