Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding, managing pilot programs, and conducting regular business reviews with existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services.

• Pilot Programs: Manage pilot programs for new clients, ensuring their needs are met and gathering feedback to refine our offerings before full implementation.

• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular QBRs with existing clients to assess their progress, review goals, and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
