Roussel Toyota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist-Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, record and relay information, and maintain accurate records.
- Computer and Technology: Operate switchboard systems, word processing software, accounting software, database software, and electronic mail.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work, available for the advertised start date, and currently legally able to work in Canada.
- Residency: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in this field of employment.
- Study Level: The highest level of study completed.
