Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This role is responsible for providing individualized care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $**45,000 - $65,000 per year**, depending on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, employee assistance programs, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications (where applicable).

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through personalized care and attention.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require certifications or licenses.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of residents.
