About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Graduate to join our Trust Services team at Concentra Trust in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Corporate Will and POA files and databases, as well as providing general administrative support to the Estate and Trust and Wills teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Corporate Will and POA files and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Retain and destroy long-term files in a secure and compliant manner
  • Prepare reports to summarize findings and trends within the database
  • Provide administrative support to the Estate and Trust and Wills teams
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a University of Saskatchewan College of Law or Edwards School of Business program, with successful completion of 1-2 years of study
  • Interest in financial services, wills and estates, and trust administration
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
