Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons Whitehorse. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups, according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dishroom, kitchen, and customer areas.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
