At THRIVE FRAMING LTD., we are seeking a skilled Carpentry Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced carpenters in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are properly secured and stored.
  • Erecting and Dismantling Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the setup and teardown of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Assisting with Framing and Construction: Help our experienced carpenters with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleaning and Piling Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized.
  • Removing Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Team Player: We are looking for a team player who is able to work collaboratively with our experienced carpenters and other crew members.
  • Hardworking: A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
