Job Title: Machine Operator, Concrete Blocks

Rainbow Concrete Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the production of high-quality concrete blocks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, adjust, and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications.
  • Check products for quality control, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment:

Our production facility is a dynamic and noisy environment with various machines operating simultaneously. You will be working in a team with mechanical repairers and construction millwrights to ensure the smooth operation of our machines.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy objects (over 45 kg/100 lbs).
  • Excellent oral communication skills for effective teamwork and communication.
