Job Title: Team Lead - Inventory Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our inventory management operations in our Fulfillment Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving business growth through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of inventory associates to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
  2. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts, including product held in offsite storage, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and minimize shrinkage.
  4. Collaborate with the Inventory Operations Manager to communicate daily plans and ensure seamless execution.
  5. Monitor and report on inventory levels, product quality, and yields to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP standards, and company policies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Purchasing, and Operations.
  8. Provide coaching and training to new hires and temporary associates to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
  9. Identify and escalate performance concerns, discrepancies, or safety issues to Leadership.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of process improvements, cost savings, and inventory management expertise.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WMS systems.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.
  6. Eligibility to work in the US and ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
