Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project/Materials Engineer to join our client's team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on overseeing materials selection, project planning, and execution for various engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop equipment strategies for fixed equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate damage mechanisms based on process conditions and inspection history to determine probability of failure and provide recommended mitigating actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inspections personnel, mechanical engineering, operations, and process technical, to develop equipment strategies.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Must be local to Fort McMurray or willing to relocate.
- Must be a P.Eng (Professional Engineer) from APEGA.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience as a Materials Engineer.
- Ability to manage own time and address numerous issues simultaneously.
- Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with broad stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of applicable Codes, Standards, and Regulatory requirements.
- Paid weekly, accurate, and on time.
- Strong health and safety programs.
