Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Naseer and Associates Accountants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining a high level of financial control.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and make informed business decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, laws, and internal policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The Finance Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Finance Officer will work 30 hours per week.
