Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products to meet the needs of our stores. You'll work closely with our Stock Lead to ensure inventory is accurately counted and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify shipments, handling discrepancies and ensuring inventory counts are accurate
  • Store and distribute products to meet store needs, maintaining a neat and orderly stockroom
  • Assemble, pack, and ship transfers of merchandise between retail locations or distribution centers
  • Follow all stock processes and policies, practicing safety consciousness and security measures to deter theft
  • Control damaged merchandise or mis-matched inventory in accordance with company standards
  • Replenish and display product on the sales floor, maintaining Visual Merchandising standards
  • Greet customers, direct them to products, and answer questions, promoting a positive and cheerful attitude
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail store management experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey company vision and mission
  • Excellent team-building skills and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications
  • Valid driver's license
