Job Overview
YouthLink is seeking a dedicated Family and Youth Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services in a live-in treatment setting. This role involves working closely with youth and families to address complex mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and family systems
• Collaborate with the LIT team to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to ministry guidelines and YouthLink policies

Requirements
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, or counseling)
• Licensure/registration as a therapist in a regulated health college
• 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to youth and families, preferably in a live-in treatment setting
• Strong understanding of healing-centered engagement practices, trauma-informed care, and attachment theory
