English Tutor for High School Students

We are seeking a part-time English teacher-tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Edmonton Windermere. As an Interactive Coach, you will work directly with students to help them develop their self-confidence and self-esteem.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field, and some experience teaching/tutoring at a Grade 9 to Grade 12 level. Strong English written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time.

Responsibilities will include teaching up to 3 students at a time, following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies, and maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times. In return, you will be rewarded with smiling faces and high-fives during every shift, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and company growth.

Our hours count, and you will gain valuable teaching experience without having to lesson plan before class. We offer a fun and supportive work environment, and we are committed to helping our students succeed.
