Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Associate Professor and Program Coordinator for our Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy program. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $92,500.00-$97,500.00 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in spiritual care and psychotherapy, supervising student research projects, and coordinating program activities. They will also serve as a liaison between the college and external partners, including churches, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
A minimum of three years' experience in teaching and research is required, along with extensive clinical experience in spiritual care and psychotherapy. A doctoral degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Teach and develop curriculum for undergraduate and graduate-level courses in spiritual care and psychotherapy
- Supervise student research projects and provide guidance on academic writing and presentation
- Coordinate program activities, including recruitment, admissions, and student support
- Serve as a liaison between the college and external partners, including churches, community organizations, and regulatory bodies
- Ph.D. in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' experience in teaching and research

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
