Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present carvery products according to company standards.
  • Ensure the carvery department is fully stocked and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist in the training and direction of part-time staff.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, maintaining equipment and ensuring the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in food preparation, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
