About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Muffle Insulation Ltd. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various settings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule insulation installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of insulation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect insulation installations, identifying and addressing any quality issues.
  • Material Management: Oversee the requisition and ordering of insulation materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all insulation installation work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to employees and the public.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for insulation technicians, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
