Job Title: Graduate Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Graduate Nurse to join our team at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord. As a Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary health team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with members of the health team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Deliver health education programs to patients and their families.
  • Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
  • Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment.
  • Provide nursing care to patients, including addressing and documenting symptoms and changes in their conditions.
  • Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
