Replenishment Coordinator

At The North West Company, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Replenishment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our replenishment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external partners, monitoring flyer activity and advising replenishment and demand planning teams of order status and required timing.
- Provide forecasts to demand planners against key activities and monitor warehouse movement of items, flagging and raising items of concern to the replenishment team and category specialist for review.
- Assist in monitoring vendor lead time of data requirements for order fulfillment and ensure escalation of issues/questions to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Export data from the SOMS system and distribute information to appropriate parties, managing change requests between replenishment analysts and GT Ottawa.
- Maintain GT Flyer Planner for review by replenishment analysts and accountable for the creation and distribution of replenishment reporting to GT partners.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with RETEK and AS systems an asset.
- Must possess a high degree of organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
