Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Nu-Way Personnel Inc.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services. This includes creating promotional materials, managing contracts, and initiating and maintaining contact with the media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services
  • Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote our business services
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track marketing efforts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures for marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
