About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a concrete finisher. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on all concrete surfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots from freshly poured cement using hand tools and power equipment
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve a smooth finish
  • Ensuring top surface concrete is levelled according to grade and depth specifications
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure concrete surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Permanent work term with regular hours of 40 hours per week
