Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at MG Transport Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities, including payroll administration and budget control.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including monitoring and evaluating performance.
Requirements
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of work.
