About the Job

• Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Control access to the facility and sensitive areas, ensuring that only authorized individuals are granted entry.
• Monitor alarm systems and manage key distribution.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain a daily log, and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
• Provide medical assistance and first aid as required.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a security-related role.
• A proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is essential.
• The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the relevant regulatory body.
• Sensitivity when interacting with people and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
• Good judgment and a solid understanding of casino operations.
• Familiarity with computers and surveillance equipment.
• An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of the Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training program or equivalent certification is desirable.

Salary Information
