Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Team Lead to join our team at Technology Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, and maintain accurate records of team performance and progress.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and establish work schedules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.

Language: English.

Hours: 35 hours per week.
