What We Do

We coordinate and schedule the delivery of aggregates to various locations. Effective communication with third-party drivers and customers ensures timely deliveries. Any delivery or customer concerns are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule aggregate deliveries to multiple locations.
  • Communicate with third-party drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve any delivery, third-party driver, or customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support Scale operator duties when required.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Competency in using dispatch software, Microsoft Office 365, and other relevant tools.
