Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Software Tools Developer and Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the aerospace field, genuine involvement in tool development, and proven expertise with tools like Matlab and Simulink.
Key Responsibilities- Gather user requirements and feedback
- Design a process and associated tools to meet user needs and critical development standards
- Develop and test the required software tools
- Document the tools' architecture, developer guides, and user guides
- Support the deployment of processes and tools
- Support tool users
- Analyze/reproduce issues and propose solutions
- Implement and test fixes
- Significant experience in the aerospace field
- Genuine involvement in tool development
- Proven expertise with tools: Matlab, Simulink
- Effective skills with languages: Python and Web languages
- Knowledge of critical development standards (DO-178C/DO-331/DO-330) is an asset
- Experience in object-oriented and/or multi-core programming can be a plus
- Good communication skills, especially strong written proficiency in English and French
