Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
