The Building Services Technician II is accountable for maintaining our GMP and non-GMP areas, including site equipment maintenance and providing support to other departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building operations, with experience in maintaining complex systems. They'll be responsible for operating and maintaining building and facilities systems, performing regular inspections and maintenance activities, and liaising with approved service contractors when necessary.
- Maintain and repair various building systems, including HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to address any issues or concerns.
