Senior Project Development Engineer

Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in their development phase, including all applicable scopes of work, financials, and scheduling. You will be accountable for the analysis and development of this portfolio of capital work.
We are committed to building a greener future with our 30BY30 target to reduce our customers' emissions by 30 per cent by the year 2030. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping us achieve our goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize existing systems to manage project development financials, including Copperleaf C55 and SAP, Microsoft Project, and schedule progress, including monthly reporting.
- Manage day-to-day analysis and project development activities while familiarizing yourself with our project development processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized program, plus 8 to 12 years related experience in an engineering and leadership capacity.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
- Exceptional organization with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures, including matters related to labour relations, recruitment, and performance management.
