This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Representative at OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Utilize various computer applications to access account information, research, and resolve customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet departmental quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market news, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including quality standards and job-related metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, MS Outlook, and web-based technology.
- Financial services/mutual fund knowledge or experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
