About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Mezbaan Indian Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards
  • Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment efficiently
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Replenish condiments and supplies as needed
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
