Job Summary:

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation support to our clients and contributing to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop physiotherapy care plans to meet the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of clients.
  • Provide personalized care to clients, including physical therapy, education, and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.
  • Knowledge of principles of reflective practice.
  • Ability to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
