We are seeking a highly skilled Softgoods Retailer to join our team in Mascouche. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales Floor Management: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, adhering to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and operate a point-of-sale system.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
