**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Pediatric Nursing Unit team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
