Job Title: Principal Data Engineering Developer

About the Role

As a Principal Data Engineering Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of data engineering projects, including data modeling, data pipelines, and data quality monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

About the Team

The Data Management and Valorization team is a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about data engineering and its applications. We are looking for a talented and experienced data engineer to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven solutions.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering
  • Strong understanding of data models, structures, management, and engineering
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and prototyping, including data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with big data manipulation using Pandas or Spark
  • Skilled in one or more data manipulation languages: SAS, SQL, Python, Spark
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Git
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
