Job Title: Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Triple Three Trading Ltd. in an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Establish and implement methods to meet production schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
  • Recommend and implement measures to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
  • Train and develop production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and hot environment, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
