Master Welder and Fabricator

Salary: $22.00 per hour

The INKAS Group of Companies is a leading manufacturer of armored vehicles, offering a range of luxury and security-standard vehicles.

This role involves welding metal assemblies, inspecting welds for quality, and removing weld spatter. The ideal candidate will have experience in armored vehicle and custom-made luxury vehicle welding, component design, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate customized armored vehicle welding.
• Perform manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment operations and fully automated welding equipment tasks.
• Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 3 years to less than 5 years' experience in armored vehicle and custom-made luxury vehicle welding, component design, and development.
